Starts August 30, 2026
33 days. One short movie. Less than 15 minutes a day.
The 33-Day Mind Movie Challenge begins August 30, 2026.
No posting required. No homework. Just you + your future.
A Mind Movie is a short video made from images, videos, music, and visual patterns that represent the life you want to experience.
You watch it repeatedly so your mind becomes more familiar with those images, feelings, possibilities, and ways of being.
Think of it like intentionally choosing what you want your brain to practice recognizing.
You're already running patterns every day. This time, we're choosing the pattern.
The default loop
The experiment
Human beings are incredibly good at pattern recognition.
A huge amount of what we think, notice, expect, and do happens through patterns we have practiced repeatedly.
The challenge is about becoming more intentional about what we repeatedly expose ourselves to.
Instead of rehearsing
We're rehearsing
You're already practicing a reality every day. The question is whether you chose it.

Sparkle's Mind Movie practice was inspired in part by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and ideas explored in his book Becoming Supernatural, particularly around mental rehearsal, emotional states, familiar thought patterns, and intentionally practicing new ways of thinking and feeling.
This challenge is Sparkle Watts' own community interpretation and practice.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official program of Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Go to YouTube and find a kaleidoscope video or another abstract visual that feels good to look at. Choose something that makes you feel relaxed, inspired, curious, or open.
There are no strict rules. Pick what feels good.
Go to YouTube →Pick the feeling first.
Choose a song that makes you feel inspired, in love, excited, powerful, peaceful, alive. Music is what helps you emotionally connect with the life you're imagining.
Feeling first. Song second.

Combine them into one short video.

Every day. For 33 days.
Beginning August 30, watch your Mind Movie once every day.
It can take less than 15 minutes.
That's the whole challenge.
Less than 15 minutes a day to intentionally practice how you want to think, feel, and see your future.
Keep it completely private if that feels best. Or share your experience publicly if sharing makes the challenge more fun for you.
Private or public — both count.
Sparkle will share tutorials and examples throughout the challenge, but they are guides — not rules.
Your Mind Movie does not have to look like anyone else's. You can make it:
The only thing that matters is that it means something to you.
Your future doesn't need an aesthetic. It needs to feel like yours.
For 33 days, people from different cities, backgrounds, careers, ages, and walks of life will all be intentionally spending a few minutes each day thinking about possibility instead of limitation.
We're choosing what we give our attention to.
We're choosing what we practice.
We're choosing what becomes familiar.
That is the experiment.
Let's see what shifts.
We start August 30, 2026.
Send this challenge to someone whose future you want to witness.
